      提出一种结合总体最小二乘法和最小截平方法的稳健参数回归方法,从而有效地处理测量数据中的粗大误差和随机误差。在进行总体最小二乘法计算时,保留正交方向约束的参数回归求解方式,针对全误差模型有效抑制测量数据中的随机误差,同时利用最小截平方法相对截断的优点,设置截断个数有效剔除测量数据中的粗大误差。以三坐标测量机为基本分析对象,结合总体最小二乘法和最小截平方算法处理测量数据,研究其直线度误差的评定方法。研究结果表明,针对包含粗大误差和随机误差的三坐标测量数据,采用稳健性的评估算法,更能真实地反映测量机的直线度误差情况。
英文摘要:
      A robust parameter regression method combined with Total Least Square (TLS) method and Least Trimmed Square (LTS) method is proposed for effectively dealing with the random errors and outliers of measurement data. The TLS method with the orthogonal direction constraint of parameter regression is used to deal with random errors of errors-in-variables model and the LTS method with relative trim advantage is used to eliminate the outliers of measurement data by setting trim number. Based on Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), LTS method is combined with TLS method for handling the measurement data with outliers and the calibration method of straightness error has been studied. The result shows that the improved method has better performance for dealing with the measurement data with outliers and random errors and accurately calibrating for the straightness of CMM.
