      本文首次将灰色聚类关联分析法用于CJ20系列接触器动态性能评价,并给出了“样本-相角-指标采样值序列”三维数据具体的算法步骤和公式,在处理数据时分别采用区间数和实数两种类型进行。通过评价9台CJ20-25型交流接触器的动态性能,分析了上述两种数据处理结果差异存在的原因。研究结果表明:(1)进行接触器全相角范围内性能评价时,采用区间数算法比结合统计学实数的算法更易受极值影响,产生较大的评价偏差;(2)若研判在特定相角时的性能,鉴于目前尚无公认统一的区间数排序方法,所以结合统计学的实数算法得到的结论更合理。

      Grey-clustering correlation method is firstly applied to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of CJ20 series contactor. This paper proposes the steps and formula of the algorithm in detail which aims to "sample-phase-sampled value sequence". Two data forms including interval and real numbers are used in the method. Nine CJ20-25 AC contactors" dynamic characteristics are evaluated and the causes of difference between the two forms are analyzed. The results shows that (1)if to evaluate over the whole angles the interval number algorithm will be more susceptible by extreme data than real number one;(2)if to evaluate in specified angle, in view of the fact that there is no one opinion how to rank the interval numbers, so the real number algorithm combined with statistics is more reasonable.
