      对边界对流传热系数正弦波动情况下一维固体非定常导热问题进行研究,考察无量纲化方程的解的特征,并以燃气轮机透平叶片冷却为背景,对方程进行数值求解,而后对方程中的主要无量纲量进行参数化分析. 结果表明,影响固体内部无量纲温度分布的主要因素包括: 无量纲位置X,无量纲时间Fo,以及固体两侧的毕渥数Bi1Bi2;第三类边界条件的非线性会导致边界对流传热系数波动情况下壁面传热削弱,且削弱随着扰动频率的减小而加强;边界对流传热系数扰动的穿透深度主要受边界毕渥数变化频率fBi2或波动角速度ωFo的影响.
英文摘要:
      One dimensional unsteady conduction problem under the condition of boundary heat transfer coefficient’s sinusoidal fluctuation was studied,and the characteristics of the solution of the non-dimensional equation was analyzed. Then the equation with the background of gas turbine blade cooling was solved numerically,and the parametric study was carried. The results showed that the main frequency of the distribution of the dimensionless temperature inside the solid including dimensionless position X,dimensionless time Fo and Biot number Bi1 and Bi2 on both sides of the solid. The third non-linear boundary condition will cause a kind of heat transfer reduction under the condition of boundary heat transfer coefficient’s sinusoidal fluctuation,and the reduction was more obvious when the frequency of Biot number decreased. The penetration depth under the condition of boundary heat transfer coefficient’s sinusoidal fluctuation is affected with the frequency of Biot number fBi2or angular velocity ωFo.
