      针对配电系统中断路器分合闸电磁铁的线圈易烧毁这一常见故障,设计了分合闸电磁铁智能控制模块,对电磁铁的线圈电流进行闭环控制. 改变电磁铁的激磁方式,严格控制线圈激磁电流及激磁时间,避免了线圈的烧毁故障. 同时,其动作特性不受合闸相角的影响,可以在宽电压范围内精确控制线圈电流,提高了动作特性的一致性. 通过一体化仿真,验证了线圈驱动电路及滞环电流控制方式的有效性,引入数字控制技术开发控制模块,并进行相关实验验证.
英文摘要:
      The coil of the breaking and closing electromagnet for the distribution system breaker is easy to burn. Aimed at the common failure,this paper designed an intelligent control module for the breaking and closing electromagnet to control the coil current with a closed-loop. Therefore,the exciting way of the electromagnet can be fundamentally changed. The module can control the exciting time and the exciting current of the coil accurately. With these measures,the coil burning can be avoided,and the operation characteristics of the electromagnet will not be affected by the ac phase angle. The coil current can be accurately control over a wide range of input voltage,and it improves the consistency of the operation characteristics. Through co-simulation,the validity of the coil driver circuit and the hysteresis current control mode have been proved. The digital control technology has been introduced to design the control module and some experiments verified the actual effectiveness.
