      概述国内外涡流斥力技术仿真研究和样机设计两个方面的发展现状,分析涡流斥力机构具有结构简便、动作迅速的特点. 对带有涡流斥力机构的新型交流接触器样机进行动态特性测试,证明其能够在接触器控制操作特性基础上实现快速动作. 结合短路故障早期检测技术,通过实际的单相短路实验测试系统,验证涡流斥力机构的低压短路故障快速分断有效性,为兼具控制与保护功能的低压智能集成电器技术奠定基础.
英文摘要:
      With the development of low-voltage apparatus intelligent technology,the switching should have control and protective properties. Firstly,both of the simulation research and prototype design of eddy current repulsion technology are summarized and the eddy current repulsion mechanism that is chiefly characterized by its compactness and fast-action is expound in this paper. Secondly,a novel AC contactor is designed with eddy current repulsion mechanism and its dynamic property is tested,which has a fast action motion on the basis of operation control for AC contactor. In the end,the low-voltage short-circuit fast-breaking of eddy current repulsion mechanism combined with early fault detection technology,is tested in a practical single-phase short-circuit fault experiment system,and its results show that the characteristics of short-circuit breaking is effective. The research for eddy current repulsion technology lays a sound foundation for low-voltage intelligent control and protective switching(CPS) device.
