      研究了以三相交流电动机为负载的双向晶闸管关断电压的暂态过程.采用综合矢量法建立关断过程的非对称系统暂态数学模型,求解结果揭示了双向晶闸管关断电压峰值及其dU/dt随RC缓冲电路元件参数的变化规律.该规律表明:缓冲电阻R存在最佳取值,它使dU/dt达到极小值,从而为合理设计缓冲电路提供了理论依据.
英文摘要:
      Investigates the process of transient state on the triac off-state voltage for a 3-phase induction motor switching.With the modeling of the synthetic vector,a transient mathematical model of the asymmetrical system on the triac off-state is established.Studying results reveal characteristics of the triac off-state peak voltage and its dU/dt value varying with the RC snubber circuit parameters,showing that an optimal snubber resistance exists to minimize the dU/dt value.Thus,the study provides a theoretic basis for optimizing the snubber circuit design.
