      采用提拉法(Czochralsk i)生长了不同Ca2 掺杂浓度的CaxY1-xVO4晶体,计算了晶体中Ca2 的分凝系数.结果表明,随着Ca2 掺杂浓度的增加,分凝系数变小;对CaxY1-xVO4晶体进行了XRD分析,计算了其晶胞参数.测试了常温下晶体的拉曼光谱,对其谱线进行了归属,计算了晶体的受激拉曼散射参数,研究发现Ca2 的掺入有利于提高晶体的拉曼性能.
英文摘要:
      The different Ca~(2 )-doped Ca_xY_(1-x)VO_4 crystals were grown by the Czochralski method.The segregation coefficient of Ca~(2 ) ions in the crystal was calculated.The results indicate the segregation coefficient of Ca~(2 ) decreases with the increase of the Ca~(2 )-doped concentration.The lattice parameters of the crystals were determined by XRD,and its lattice parameters were calculated.The Raman spectra of Ca_xY_(1-x)VO_4 were measured at room temperature,and all Raman peaks were assigned on the basis of the group theory.The stimulated Raman scattering parameters of Ca_xY_(1-x)VO_4 crystals were discussed.By the research, the Raman performance of Ca_xY_(1-x)VO_4 crystal was(improved) after adulterating Ca~(2 ).
